The book aims to study the place of mesotherapy among other physiotherapy and rehabilitation techniques in the management of rheumatological pain, emphasizing its indications and possible solutions in the event of failure of mesotherapy. Intended for general practitioners, rheumatologists, functional re-educators, mesotherapists and sports physicians, this book is divided into two main parts: the first part presents general data relating to mesotherapy. The second part is devoted to the pathology, joint by joint, and how different issues should be treated, including mesotherapy, adjuvant solutions (physiotherapy, osteopathy, etc.), and alternative solutions (physiotherapy, cortisone infiltrations, hyaluronic acid, dePRP). A final chapter deals with other pains ( in particular neurological).
